Ah yes...that age old question and there are no easy answers!
You need to have your basic information down in order to determinine the price point. You will need all of the figures - how long did it take to produce the piece; how are you going to advertise or market this piece and what are the costs associated with that; operation overhead - what does it cost to keep your workspace up and running; materials overhead - what are costs associated with your materials; etc.
It is fairly painless to test price points at art festivals. If you see that the goods aren't moving you usually have a second day to re-work your prices and if they are to low you will have nothing to sell the second day!!!!
